Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy At Piel by Joan, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect the time of all clients and services scheduled, the following cancellation policy applies: * We kindly ask for at least 25 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. * Appointments canceled with less than 25 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service. * No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service to avoid affecting the next guest’s appointment. * Deposits and membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. * Emergencies and unexpected situations will always be considered with understanding and care.
